I am currently involved in adding an alarm division to a Satellite
Installation contractor company, and am looking for a software package
that contains the following: Subcriber database
Inventory - multiple location, vendor, serial numbers, etc
Purchasing Workorder processing
Service Ticket processing (nice, but not necessary) Invoicing
Anybody have any favorites about home security system they could
recommend ? Any information ?

My wife and I bought a home in Baltimore County several years ago. An ADT
system had been installed by the previous owners in 1992, but the system had
been dormant well before we moved in.
After living here for about two years, we decided that having a system would
be a good idea. Because the system was already installed, we contacted ADT
and Mr. Chris Willis, an ADT "Residential Specialist" came to our house to
discuss the terms. The existing infra-red motion detector used to protect
the living room and dining room areas would not work because this area is
the domain of our cat. Cats and motion detectors don't mix.
