Question: I live in a small cul de sac. There is a house which backs onto the cul de
sac that has 2 cctv cameras. The cameras clearly do not point at any part of
this person's property. They point at the front of my own house and a
neighbours. In fact by sight look like they are in line with the bedroom
windows. Both myself and the neighbour have young children in these
bedrooms. What should we and what can we legaly do ?
Answer:This is now hideously off topic BUT I still find the monochrome ones
in security housings better VFM for security use.
The colour cameras tend to lack definition at range and are generally
poorer in low light. Not what one really wants from a security camera.
I find those silly little plastic things laughable as a security
measure; Not least of all because they are not a visible deterrant. I
suppose you could stick up dummy camera security casings along with
them but still....
