What is the bullet security camera?

Question:Is there such a device? I have a sony trv11e with DV enabled, however it doesn't seem to have analogue enabled. What are my options for using a bullet camera. All that I have seen so far use composite output. Is there a way of converting this to DV or do I need to change my camcorder?

Answer:This is a link to a pic of what I understand a bullet camera to be. Not "a" camera as such, but a series of still cameras, controlled by computer to fire in sequence. The still images are scanned into a computer in sequence and cropped to correct any inaccuracy in the framing and reference marks matted out. http://whatisthematrix.warnerbros.com/cmp/sfx_index.html The only way I can think of to reproduce this effect on DV would be to mount the camera on a "mini dolly" and track the camera. I you have an ingenious method, please share it?
