Question: Ever notice, you'll never see a Brinks armored car following a
hearse to the cemetery? DO you know about brinks armored?
Answer:Stealing?
How did that happen? They lost it, someone found it and kept it. Where do
you get "Theft" from that?
Should you lose a twenty dollar bill on the street, and someone picked it
up...I would love to see you flag down the nearest OFC and attempt to have
that person detained for theft. Somehow the corporate propaganda machines
have gotten you (and a lot of other people) to believe it is your job to
protect their assets and clean up after their mistakes.
I do agree, if the finder were stricken by some form of guilty conscience
and he chose to pick up the cash and return it that would be the moral thing
to do. But theft is a big stretch. They tell me that's why you have
insurance, trained guards and well thought out processes and procedures.
Theft? Next you will say it a crime to dispose of a battery in the
trash..yet it's OK to pollute the air we breath, the water we drink,
etc...if you purchase a pollution permit from the government or another
entity that has some pollution credit they no longer need.
