I am looking for a small(pen-size) video surveillance camera to do research.
Must provide adequate picture in low light(e.g. a home lit by T.V. light). All

Answer:Toshiba and Panasonic make lipstick sized cameras for surveillence, etc.
One of these two advertised theirs being used in the eye of a mannequin.
Price two years ago was about $6k. Where can I buy a good Small Surveillance Camera?
