Question: Does anyone know a easy way to mount a camera on a pitched roof. I
can't seem to find any pitch adjustable pole brackets anywhere. I
normaly see it done by putting in a roof vent pipe and mounting the
camara to that but I would rather not cut a 2 or 3 inch hole in the
roof if I don't have to. can anyone answer some of my questions
about Camaras Cctv mounting?
Answer:Other than attaching a pole or mount to a chimney or the side, I prefer to
avoid any kind of attachment to a pitched roof. No matter how well you seal
it, any place you penetrate the roof may eventually leak. When it does the
client will expect you to pay for the repairs.
